Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are specific metrics that indicate that your business is healthy and moving in the right direction. The Forum discusses each person’s KPIs to ensure understanding. At monthly Forum meetings, members share their KPI numbers. Each year, KPIs are reviewed and new KPIs and/or ranges are set.
