Overview
The purpose of the SWOT-3 Business Analysis is to analyze and discuss business health. Using the familiar format of a SWOT Analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) along with several thought-provoking questions, each person prepares an overview of their business and shares it with the Forum on retreat.
