
Overview
The Balance Wheels exercise is a quick self-assessment on how balanced each person is in various aspects of life. Forum members rate their level of happiness on two wheels – one professional, one personal. Each wheel contains eight life aspects, such as enjoyment of work, financial compensation, family, spiritual, fun/free time, etc.
